# Vlastimil Sindelar

> Personal site of Vlastimil Sindelar, a cybersecurity engineer based in Czechia, working on security risk and GRC for large, high-assurance systems. CISSP, CISM, and CRISC certified.

Now: securing the European Union Space Programme (systems with strict safety and availability requirements, serving tens of millions of users), building SafeHabits, and exploring secure AI systems (frontier versus local models, custom model and agent harnesses, and identity, access, and trust for agentic workflows).
Before: three years as a cybersecurity advisor at NATO's Science and Technology Organization (2022-2025), focusing on multinational space-systems security strategy and red team exercises simulating state-actor campaigns, alongside senior-level IT security consulting for enterprise clients.
